Once having optimized the basic technology, the following step is how to achieve the same results reducing the efforts.
The machines series “FP” (Full power) and “ELC plus” were born from the positive experience had with the traditional ELC configuration, adding a higher power and the consequent structure modifications.

Typical applications where this solution can be proposed are the hard metal market, the technical ceramic one and, in some cases, also the steel-powdered metal one.

The latest developments with the super-abrasive wheels, combined with the possibility of running at higher speeds and pressures, determine wider operating performances to achieve at the same time several results like:

- higher stock removal
- higher removal rate: also more than 200 microns per minute!!
- combining of roughing & finishing operations into a single step
- unchanged big flexibility of the technology
- lower costs per part within the whole line of production
