OUR PHILOSOPHY
Following the continous developments requested by the industrial market, it is always demanded the necessity to process components with higher and higher quality standard, reducing the production costs. That necessity always found in Melchiorre a reliable solution to supply new ideas and innovative processes in order to meet the customers’ expectations. In fact, our 360° know-how allows us not just to perform a standard fine grinding/lapping/honing/polishing process, but also to suggest modifications to the whole production line, in order to take care of every variable which may affect the final result.
Our technical dept. is at customers’ full disposal both to study the single process or to experimentally test any theoretical solution to optimize whatever detail. There are many examples which shows that philosophy, like the single side process performed on a double side machine (exploiting special equipments), the concave-convex grinding, the processing of ultra-thin and very fragile parts or highly instable parts with perpendicularity request, and so on.
The spirit of our work is mainly based on two principles: flexibility and cooperation. No matter about the difficulties, if one idea may be useful to solve any non-perfect feature of a component, we try to put it in practise to evaluate its faisability and reliability in time.
The quality of these workings, and the enthousiastic responses come from the final users, are the confirmation that Melchiorre shows that the extreme can be fullfilled with a deep cooperation and open-minded visions.
If that philosophy gets your approval, don’t hesitate to contact us: we’ll show you that the above is not just abstract, but it can really be realized.
