"ELV" Vertical Honing Machine

Thanks to our flexibility, the "ELV" honing machines are built according to the specific production requirements with different features and toolings:


- spindle stroke 250, 500, 750 mm.
- diameters 4 - 50 and 30 - 200 mm.
- single, double or multi spindle, extremely adaptable, with single or double expansion with honing stones studied for each single material.
- various table models: rotating, cross, transfer tables, etc., with manual or automatic loading systems.
- modern safety systems and easy operator handling.
- all parameters and sequences can be displayed with possibility to memorize many programs for different parts.

Our new series of honing machines "ELV" avails itself of an original Melchiorre electro-mechanic movement controlled by a PLC-CN system enabling to obtain the best accuracy for high productions and special machining.
